Hydrogen-powered Multirotor UAV (Guinness World Record Model)
The customer built this model and broke a Guinness World Record, backed by the foundational support of the Zhengyao development platform. Zhengyao provided an open development environment, enabling the customer to independently write flight protection and route logic tailored to the characteristics of hydrogen fuel. The Zhengyao platform helped the aircraft manufacturer move beyond the difficulties of low-level flight control code, focus R&D resources on business logic innovation for specific power characteristics, and quickly build its own technical barriers.
400 kg Ultra-short Takeoff and Landing Cargo UAV
Developing a 400 kg-class heavy-lift aircraft presents major challenges in distributed power control, dynamics modeling, and parameter tuning simulation. The Zhengyao platform provides a complete low-level flight control architecture and simulation testing toolchain, allowing the customer's engineers to focus on solving control challenges for heavy payloads, distributed propulsion, and ultra-short takeoff and landing. We provide highly reliable low-level building blocks, enabling efficient simulation and testing and ultimately helping complete the system development task successfully.
620 kg Six-axis Heavy-lift UAV
For this large aircraft equipped with 450V high-voltage power and dual RTK/GPS redundant navigation, sensor adaptation and fault-tolerant mechanisms are extremely complex. With its highly extensible software and hardware architecture, the Zhengyao platform empowered the customer's team to easily complete complex hardware integration, while independently developing BMS interfaces and multi-channel redundant safety logic. The platform solved low-level communication and real-time performance challenges, allowing the team to focus on industrial application development for heavy equipment and fully break free from the black-box limitations of general-purpose flight controllers.
A VTOL UAV
The core challenge of VTOL lies in modal transition control between level flight and hovering. The Zhengyao platform provided the customer with a powerful torque allocation framework and control law development interfaces, enabling the customer's technical team to independently develop and iterate a smooth transition algorithm adapted to its own aerodynamic layout.
