Semi-physical simulation experimental system based on OBS
Based on the MBD development platform, Zhengyao Aviation has built a professional-grade hardware-in-the-loop simulation test system (HIL), which can be applied to various fields such as scientific research, education, and model development. The flight control semi-physical simulation system includes flight controller, simulator, visual display and turntable and other equipment, and is equipped with Zhengyao Aviation's flight controller and simulator MBD development platform, which can help users quickly grasp the knowledge of flight control principles, simulate a variety of flight conditions on the ground, and carry out flight control algorithm development and one-click download for parameter debugging and algorithm verification. Once the verification is passed, the flight control computer supporting the system can be applied to the actual flight test.

Characteristics of cluster flight control scheme

The cluster flight control system includes flight control computer and cluster task management computer, which supports multi-aircraft communication and control, can control multiple UAVs at the same time, and realize various complex cluster behaviors, such as formation flight, cluster cooperative search multi-aircraft simultaneous strike/sequential strike, etc., UAV control, autonomous trajectory planning, autonomous task execution and other functions. The system also supports user secondary development, and supports virtual simulation and semi-physical simulation verification algorithms (with turntable and simulator) to accelerate the secondary development and verification process.
Support long wingman centralized formation control
Using leader-candider-FOLower mechanism, it can independently judge the long plane in flight or switch the long plane on the ground with one click. The formation supports common formations such as a zigzag, triangle, fan, etc. (can be customized), and supports air formation change. It has the functions of air assembly, air dissolution, single machine control, etc. Support single-machine communication interruption to maintain preset route protection mechanism.
Support multi-agent cooperative formation control
It can control the cluster single machine to reach the target point simultaneously or sequentially, adopt distributed online autonomous trajectory planning, have real-time obstacle avoidance and collision avoidance functions, and support online algorithm replanning and execution of tasks. The formation control algorithm based on consistency protocol can assemble the formation independently, maintain the formation, have high flexibility and anti-interference.
Supports multi-machine task sending/monitoring in one station
Through the GCS cluster ground station, multiple aircraft can be controlled to perform tasks at the same time, real-time monitoring of the flight status of each single aircraft, supporting cluster one-click take-off/task execution/formation flight/one-click return and other functions, with single-unit parameter configuration/status monitoring and other functions.
